Experience in sales of chemical materials / liaison with Japanese clients

Preference for Chinese nationals aged 30–35 residing in Japan; outstanding candidates based in China are also welcome.

Candidate Background: Graduated in a science or engineering field, preferably with a chemistry-related major; candidates from China’s Project 211/985 universities or Japan’s top 10 universities are preferred.

Candidates with relevant sales experience in resin materials (must have experience liaising with Japanese clients, e.g., automotive, OA equipment, electronic components, etc.).

Recent graduates who meet the educational requirements and aspire to pursue a sales career in the modified resin materials field are also welcome.

Japanese at JLPT N1 level or above for business communication; business-level English proficiency is a plus.

Candidates meeting the domestic requirements can be sponsored for a work visa to Japan.

Job Description

• Establish trust with clients and provide optimal solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage client sales activities, including visits and follow-ups.
• Identify client requirements and deliver problem-solving proposals, quotations, contract drafting, and order management.
• Collaborate with key account managers to drive projects efficiently.
• Sales approach: manage existing channels and develop new clients.
