Job Description

Sales Manager | Philippines | Permanent | ₱ 35,000 - ₱40,000 per month plus commission


Full time – Initially remote, until office in Metro Manila area is established


The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand Sunsynk’s market presence, and achieve sales targets in the Philippines. This role requires a highly proactive individual who will spend the majority of their time in the field engaging with potential customers and building strong relationships.


The Key Requirements 

  • Strategic thinking, with sales and commercial acumen 
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of solar, inverter and battery storage solutions including relevant local and governmental policies 
  • Strong understanding of budgets, cost control and financial forecasting 
  • Proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach 
  • Must hold a valid driving license
