Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Alveo Land - Team Atlas with focus projects in Alabang, Vermosa and Southmont Estate. The Premium Property Specialists will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves selling and devising sales strategies to promote the portfolio of Alveo Land.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field

2. Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Sales, 3 years as a sales manager

3. Customer focused, goal oriented and well networked

4. Well versed in the high end market segment serving the AAA market

6. Entrepreneurial and goal oriented candidates are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to apply
