Summary:

The National Sales Manager oversees the enhancement of sales revenue, market share, and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth through strategic planning for our phone finance business nationwide. They cultivate strong relationships within the ecosystem (IR, OEM, distributors, major operator channels, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales and expansion across stores, optimizing product placement for maximum customer acquisition.
• Attract new customers while nurturing and fortifying relationships with key clients and partners, resolving issues promptly and delivering effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance reports, preparing detailed sales forecasts and adjusting strategies based on market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to maintain cohesive business strategies.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, establishing clear objectives, tracking performance metrics, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives in sales enablement, employee training programs, OEM relations, marketing campaigns, and data analytics.
• Stay informed about trends in phone financing and the FinTech sector, identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within FinTech, mobile, consumer electronics, financial products, or telecommunications.
• Expertise in sales management, strategic development, and relationship building to achieve ambitious targets and advance our market position in the finance industry.
