- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competition.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Conduct training and mentoring for team members.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities.
- Preferably bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (Licensure is a plus) or Agriculture
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Background in Sales and/or agricultural machineries is an advantage
- Able to handle and manage a considerable number of people and able to relate well with different level in organization
- Knowledgeable in Operations functions
- Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Can drive 4-wheel vehicle and must have driver's license
- Willing to travel in various areas
