  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding our market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

    • Requirements

    1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management.
    2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    3. License: Real estate license (required).
    4. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    5. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
