Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our travel sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through various travel products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B and B2C travel markets, including corporate accounts, tour operators, and travel agencies.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and digital strategies to increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, travel policies, and company standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
