Job Title: Sales Engineer


We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical products and client needs, ensuring solutions are tailored and effectively communicated. The Sales Engineer will support the sales team by providing product knowledge, performing technical presentations and demos, and building long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids, RFPs, and tender documents.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide post-sale support and technical assistance as needed.
  • Participate in trade shows, product seminars, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be a Computer or ECE Engineer, Must have a driver's License, Motivated , Must have knowledge in IT Products, Male and Aggressive
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, system integration, or pre-sales engineering (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong technical background in IT products (servers, networking, security, etc.) and/or software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal writing is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of government procurement processes (if targeting LGUs or public sector).
  • Certifications in networking, cloud, or system administration (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are an advantage.


Work Conditions:

  • Field work and travel to client sites as needed.
  • Hybrid work environment depending on project requirements.
