- Record and update sales transactions via online systems (Google Sheets/ERP/CRM).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for monitoring purposes.
- Digitally archive documents and maintain data organization.
- Monitor shipment status until goods are received by customers.
- Support online promotions or digital product offerings.
- Operate administrative platforms such as Google Workspace, CRM, marketplace dashboards, and internal applications.
- Respond to customer chats/emails according to designated WFH working hours.
- Provide prompt updates to the team regarding incoming orders or schedule changes.
- Ensure all data is securely stored and well-organized.
- Male/Female, minimum 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent (all majors).
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and online marketplaces.
- Communicative, friendly, and capable of explaining products.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently online.
- Prior experience as an admin/CS/online sales is a plus.
- Own a laptop/smartphone and a stable internet connection.
