Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong housekeeping skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensure supplies are stocked, and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
