Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing commercial and legal risks throughout the right-of-way acquisition process.
• Facilitate the gathering of required documentation for land due diligence and rights processes from landowners and government agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential routes for transmission lines and access roads, addressing legal risks and pain points.
• Liaise with local government units (LGUs), national government agencies, and community leaders to secure project endorsements and address community concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in real estate, energy, or law
• At least 2 years of project experience, with a focus on land acquisition and due diligence
• Strong understanding of contracts and negotiation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in community engagement and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects and regulatory requirements.
