We are looking for:

a) ISP Cloud Integration Specialists, and

b) ISP Hybrid Cloud Network Engineers

a) ISP Cloud Integration Specialist

The individual will lead system integration efforts for infrastructure-related projects, provide architectural input for service deployments and optimizations, and collaborate with Technical Architects and cloud providers. Additionally, the role involves managing and prioritizing infrastructure tasks, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and working closely with DevOps teams to execute infrastructure operations. It also focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, aligning infrastructure and cloud strategies with broader organizational goals.

Required Tech Stack and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in infrastructure management and cloud architecture, with a focus on hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Alibaba Cloud, particularly in relation to Kubernetes for managing scalable applications.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Linux administration and scripting using Python, Bash, or GoLang.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Java.
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps tools including GitLab, Argo CD, Jenkins, and Ansible for automated deployments and infrastructure maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources in scalable environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including Terraform, Argo CD, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines, specifically in the context of infrastructure tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS and Kubernetes certifications.
• Familiarity with Java for backend integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as OpenSearch, ELK, and Prometheus.
• Understanding of API Gateways and Service Mesh technologies.

b) ISP Hybrid Cloud Network Engineer

The Hybrid Cloud Network Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting a complex network infrastructure spanning both on-premises environments and major cloud platforms—Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure. The engineer will handle network-related service requests and swiftly resolve incidents to ensure optimal network performance and availability. This involves configuring and maintaining a broad set of network components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers, in both on-premises and cloud settings. The role also includes managing virtual networks, subnets, network gateways, and security groups in the cloud, performing deep troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, and documenting network configurations and resolutions. Collaboration with other IT teams to support deployments and resolve cross-functional issues is a key part of the role.

Tech Stacks and Skills Required

• On-premises Networking Concepts & Technologies – Proven experience required (typically 3–5+ years).

Cloud Networking Platforms:

• Alibaba Cloud – Hands-on experience configuring and managing network services.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Hands-on experience required.
• Microsoft Azure – Hands-on experience required.
• Network Protocols – Strong proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, DNS.

Network Devices & Services – Experience managing and maintaining:

• Routers
• Switches
• Firewalls
• VPNs
• Load Balancers

Cloud Networking Configuration – Experience setting up:

• Virtual Networks
• Subnets
• Security Groups
• Network Gateways
• Network Security – Working knowledge of best practices and tools.
• Network Troubleshooting – Strong skills using diagnostic and monitoring tools.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Knowledge of Terraform is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.
