【Qualifications】

1. 1-3 years of experience in SNS operations in Japan, with a deep understanding and practical experience in SNS.

2. Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in Chinese, with strong team communication skills.

3. High empathy skills, adept at guiding users to express their needs.

4. Interest in knowledge and business within the cryptocurrency field.

1. Experience hosting Japanese AMAs or live streams.

Community Operations Manager

【Main Responsibilities】

1. SNS Management: Plan content for Twitter based on the trends of cryptocurrency in Japan to enhance the brand's credibility.

2. Community Management: Operate and manage the Telegram community to create a vibrant atmosphere and guide discussions on token trading and pricing topics.

3. Event Planning: Receive event planning requests from partners, development teams, and influencers, and organize engagement events such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), anniversary lotteries, and seminars.

【Required Skills and Experience】

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in SNS management within Japan, with a deep understanding and practical experience in social media.

2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency or higher in Chinese. Strong communication skills within the team.

3. High empathy skills, with a talent for understanding and extracting user needs.

4. Knowledge of and interest in cryptocurrency.
