For this position, you will be part of our client, H.I.S. Canada Travel Inc., as an Air Group Reservation Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling group bookings, reservations, and ticketing, primarily consisting of 10 or more people in a group under the Canada Travel Account.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure clients are fully informed and represented throughout the travel process — before, during, and after — including pre-ticketing, policy, reporting, and security procedures.
  2. Coordinate with Finance to confirm, process, and follow up on accounts payables and receivables, ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation.
  3. Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations by providing prompt and accurate responses via email and phone.
  4. Accurately enter and update data in various internal systems, including project management, reservations, and time-tracking tools.
  5. Plan and organize group travel efficiently and in accordance with established standards and client specifications.
  6. Stay up to date with supplier and industry trends through team meetings and supplier briefings (both onsite and offsite).
  7. Collaborate with the Group Air team to meet client requirements, proactively identifying and escalating issues for timely resolution.


Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Group Reservations Agent.

Must have hands on Sabre Experience, Amadeus is a plus

  • Fluency in French for business communication is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, airline passes, resource guides, books, and industry contacts.
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, presentation and consultative skills.
  • Strong domestic, trans border and international travel knowledge required.
  • Ability to travel to client events, as required
  • Advanced skills in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) an asset
  • Flexible in any schedule and willing to work onsite in Makati
