Description
- Spearheads the technical development of new food products, including recipe optimization, process flow creation, and shelf-life testing.
- Manages all aspects of product documentation, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards.
- Conducts raw material testing, oversees recipe validation projects, and represents the company for regulatory compliance with the FDA.
- Provides technical support to sales and production teams.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional experience in related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage projects, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines.
