Conducts product research and source out new suppliers and vendors with the most efficient cost and quality.
Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiates the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Regularly monitors and updates database of raw materials cost and supplier’s list / database.
Generates cost-savings activities through effective sourcing and negotiation skills.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering of supplies and stock as necessary.
Tracks and ensures that Purchased Orders will be delivered on-time.
Provide updates to requestor regarding the status of the Purchase Request.
Inspects and reports any discrepancies in the items or inconsistencies of stocks, ordered materials and or requested services.
Updates and maintains records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Updates and maintains suppliers’ files, records and contracts with utmost confidentiality.
Leads the Supplier Management System and conducts audit if necessary.
Coordinate work permit issuance and other requirements related to contractors.
Monitors and coordinates residual waste and scrap hauling activity.
Employees locker management.
Escalates concern / issue identified or discovered in order to contain whatever problems may arise and encountered within the work process.

Vocational / Technical Course Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Business Management or any equivalent course.
With at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same nature of job role in a manufacturing or Japanese company.
Knowledgeable in Purchasing processes and has an effective procurement of materials, supplies and services at the most economical cost and consistent with quality and delivery requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask, priority and manage time efficiently
