Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and managing documentation.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies.
Requirements
- A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Proficient in recruiting, candidate screening and recruitment allocation; must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and assist in talent acquisition strategies
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of the team
