Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools.
Ensure that the organization is staffed with qualified Security Guards, Lady Guards, Security Officers, Back-Office positions and trustworthy personnel.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Oversee the recruitment process.
Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Maintain records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on metrics.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psycholoy, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, or; preferably within the security or law enforcement sector.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Talent Management, and Recruitment Specialist practices.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct candidate screening, and collaborate with hiring managers.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential remote work flexibility.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, an ability to build rapport with candidates, and can perform well under pressure.
