Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain appointment schedules and organize meetings.
- Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Graduate of BS Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related course
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a receptionist
- Can start immediately
- Proficiency in MS Office and Help Desk software.
