1. Manages broker relationships

  • Acts as the main point of contact for brokers.
  • Builds strong rapport to encourage loyalty and higher sales performance.
  • Provides ongoing support, guidance, and resources.

2. Drives broker performance

  • Helps brokers understand products, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Shares best practices and offers training or coaching.
  • Monitors broker portfolios and identifies growth opportunities.

3. Ensures smooth operations

  • Assists with onboarding new brokers or agencies.
  • Coordinates necessary documentation, licensing, and compliance.
  • Resolves issues related to applications, claims, commissions, or systems access.

4. Supports sales strategy

  • Communicates promotions, product updates, and sales campaigns.
  • Collects broker feedback and insights for internal teams.
  • Collaborates with marketing, underwriting, sales, and service departments


Job Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service
