• The R&D Chemist is responsible for helping to create and test new products or improve existing ones.
• This role involves conducting experiments, working with other teams, and ensuring that the products are safe and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic experiments to test new ideas for products.
• Help improve existing products by making small changes and testing them.
• Test raw materials and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Record results and report any issues to the Product Manager.
• Keep accurate records of all experiments and test results.
• Help prepare reports on findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Basic lab skills and experience with common lab equipment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills. Basic understanding of chemical principles. Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Work Environment: Primarily in a laboratory setting.
