AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Telecom Industry) to lead the successful delivery of critical telecom infrastructure projects. As a contract role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this position will play a pivotal part in the company's strategic growth within the telecommunications sector.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex telecom projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and other specialists to drive project outcomes

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to manage expectations, resolve issues, and foster strong partnerships

• Implement robust project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to provide full transparency

• Continually look for opportunities to optimise processes and introduce innovative project management approaches

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the telecom/IT infrastructure industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale telecom projects from initiation to completion

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels

• Strong technical understanding of telecom network infrastructure, including design, construction, and maintenance

• Highly proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
