3. Design and drive token economics cooperation, joint marketing, and ecosystem development;

4. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to enhance brand influence;

5. Build a business team, establish KPIs, and drive the achievement of goals;

6. Monitor industry trends to capture potential collaboration opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in internet/finance/blockchain operations management;

2. Familiar with decentralized exchanges (DEX), liquidity mechanisms, and on-chain user behavior;

3. Proven track record in user growth, event planning, or liquidity building;

4. Proficient in English, with knowledge of mainstream Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese) preferred;

5. Possess strategic thinking and team leadership skills.
