Description

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle operation of direct exchange clients, including onboarding new users, enhancing user activity, retention, and repurchase management.
  • Plan and execute exclusive activities for direct clients (such as recharge rewards, trading competitions, VIP exclusive events, etc.) to increase user engagement and transaction depth.
  • Collect and analyze behavior data and feedback from direct clients, providing insights and suggestions for product optimization and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, customer service, and compliance departments to ensure the smooth execution of direct client operations.
  • Monitor data related to direct clients (transaction volume, activity levels, retention rates, etc.) and regularly produce operational reports.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously optimize direct client operation strategies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Over 2 years of operational experience in the internet, fintech, or exchanges, with preference given to those with direct customer or high-net-worth user operational experience
  • Familiarity with the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry, understanding of exchange business models and user needs
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to independently extract user insights and translate them into operational strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good sense of customer service and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
