As a Project Coordinator (KR), you will support the Sales-Operations team in managing international projects, particularly those involving Korean clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sample-only projects from bidding to completion under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead.
  • Review client requests and prepare quotations or proposals based on service capabilities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Test surveys and troubleshoot basic technical or data-related issues.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate concerns to the Operations Team Lead.
  • Participate in meetings, reporting, and administrative support activities.
  • Maintain professionalism and contribute positively to the company’s image.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Basic knowledge of the Korean language or willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule to coordinate with global clients.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.
