Description

  • Attends business review/meetings with the project teams. Maintain close coordination with B2C/B2B Proponents and TMPI Business Unit Head
  • Checks and reviews if all expenses are aligned with Client/Principal’s approval. Ensure that all approved expenses are charged accordingly.
  • Responsible in the endorsement and preparation of check voucher for all Special Project Activities (outbase), RF, Sweldomo and other related business activities for the Team.
  • Assists and handles all manpower requirements needed by the Team.
  • Checks and verifies all submitted reports by the Team, i.e. CA request, Overtime/leave requests, liquidation of CAs and WERs.
  • Responsible in preparing of reports, follow ups and other issues and concerns of all employees and report to the department involve.
  • Attending Meetings both internal and external customers, Prepares reports as required by the Client/Principal and other Department.
  • Ensure preparation and reporting of all data such as inventory of equipment
  • Coordination and updating with BU Head, and Mynt Proponents and Performance of the Team on a monthly basis
  • Filing and safekeeping of all official documents for monitoring and audit. Ensure monthly updating of manpower, Directory, deployment and resignations.
  • Prepares all request and follow ups with TMPI/Mynt proponents for the tools of work, merchandising materials, etc.
  • Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress to Mynt Project owners and TMPI Business Unit Head


Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year Business Course
  • Previous experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
  • Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Can handle a team and project
  • Proficiency in financial software and reconciliation tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Willing to be trained, cross-trained, can adapt easily, and willingness to learn.
  • Can lead and handle meetings with internal or external stakeholders
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (Hybrid Work Set-up)
