Job Responsibilities
1. Optimize production schedules based on plans issued by PMC, ensuring alignment of necessary resources to complete production tasks.
2. Oversee daily management and supervision, efficiently allocate workshop resources, boost production efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs.
3. Identify potential risk points in the production process; conduct regular inspections of personnel operations and verify adherence to operating standards.
4. Monitor all stages affecting product quality, summarize key control points, and continuously improve the overall production yield.
5. Conduct safety training and education for workshop personnel; schedule regular inspections of fire‐protection systems and production equipment performance and safety; proactively foster a safe production environment.
6. Perform capacity assessments; promptly propose staffing plans and follow up on personnel placement.
7. Manage workshop 6S practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety); audit and enforce implementation.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
1. Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
2. Demonstrated leadership experience during university (e.g., Student Union President, founder of a student organization, team leader in large‐scale competitions), showing strong achievement motivation and influence.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; skilled at using data to identify and analyze issues and drive decision‐making.
4. Able to adapt to a fast‐paced, high‐demand manufacturing environment; willing to embrace challenges with a positive and optimistic attitude.
5. Demonstrated management potential, strong stress tolerance, and willingness to work overtime.
Candidate Profile
• Fresh graduates only; fluency in Vietnamese is mandatory as the primary communication language—candidates without Vietnamese proficiency will not be considered.
• Vietnamese nationals preferred; must also be able to communicate in Chinese.
• Training at the Zhangzhou, China headquarters for 3–6 months, with meals and accommodation provided during the training period.
