I - Administrative

1. Support the superior in ensuring that business requirements related to production, customer demands, quality, and financial performance are met.

2. Ensure that the company's quality policy and procedures are implemented and developed within the department.

3. Ensure the team achieves company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results

4. Coordinate the execution of manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity, and related activities.

5. Breakdown MBO into each group and supervise the execution.

6. Provides manpower allocation for each process, optimum utilization, and requests for additional manpower as per production requirements.

7. Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization

8. Identify/deploy technical skill sets, resource levels, and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required

9. Evaluates and monitors subordinates’ competency and skill level and recommends training or promotion whenever necessary.

10. Key attendees during internal and external meetings/audits.

11. Responsible for 5S implementation at all times.

12. Perform other job- related duties that may be assigned and requested by the immediate superior from time to time.

II - Technical (Basic requirement regarding the Production Section)

1. Oversee Daily Operations. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.

2. Monitor Production Schedules. Ensure production targets are met by following and adjusting schedules as needed.

3. Team Management. Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure productivity and performance standards are maintained.

4. Ensure Safety Compliance. Enforce safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

5. Quality Control. Monitor product standards and implement quality control procedures throughout the production process to ensure optimal quality.

6. Problem Solving. Quickly identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages.

7. Coordinate with Other Departments. Work closely with planning, logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.

8. Inventory & Resource Management. Monitor and manage materials, tools, and machinery to avoid downtime and waste.

9. Documentation & Reporting. Maintain accurate records of production outputs, staff attendance, incidents, and other operational data.

10. Continuous Improvement. Suggest and implement improvements to processes for greater efficiency and cost savings.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Engineering

• With high leadership and management skills

• With at least 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a Manufacturing company

• Salary Range: Php30,000~35,000

• Can start immediately
