Description
- Manage payroll processing for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Collaborate with HR on employee changes and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer software, strong discretion in handling sensitive information, excellent communication skills, and basic HR consulting knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, ensure accuracy, maintain employee records, handle inquiries, and support HR initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typically full-time hours with potential for overtime during payroll periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
