Description
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Organize and maintain documents in a paper filing systems
- Will be responsible for drafting and organizing transactional legal documents
- Will be obtaining, preparing and/or filing various documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and forms; forming limited liability companies and other entities
- Obtaining documents from various governmental agencies
- Can transact with various government agencies i.e CEZA, SEC, BOC, PHILGEPS etc.
- Will conduct due diligence reviews, title searches, and survey reviews
- Get affidavits and other formal statements as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of Legal Management or its equivalent.
- With at least 2-3 years work experience as paralegal/legal assistant
- Legal skills, Legal knowledge, Administrative skills, Organization skills
- Familiarity with Labor Law and practices, and with SEC, BIR, DTI, BOI, and LGU regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to details
- Experience working in a Law firm and/or corporate legal department is strongly preferred
- Willing to work on site
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Can start ASAP
