Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate/Assist other departments needs like QA Testing and coordinating operational improvement initiatives.
• Document and analyze all reported bugs using available resources or system tools and providing summary reports to relevant teams for monitoring and optimization.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze product performance data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
• Develop product documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to support internal teams and external departments/partners.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategy.
