Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Professional Knowledge and skills - Having achieved a satisfactory level of professional skill or knowledge in areas related to position at Canon and across the business; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
- Building Working Relationships – Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Communication – Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Decision Making – (Includes business knowledge) - the ability to make appropriate decisions based on an understanding of the customers’ and Canon’s business needs, issues, and trends (current and future). This includes identifying and understanding issues, problems and opportunities, comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions, using effective approaches for choosing actions or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with the available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
- Initiative - taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive.
- Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- Customer Orientation—Actively seeking input from internal and/or external customers to better understand customer needs, perceptions etc; making efforts to ensure that customer needs are listened to and understood by self and other team members, thus making customer focus a driving force behind program/project activities; placing high value on customer enthusiasm by exceeding customer expectations.
- Work Excellence – Setting high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
- Continuous Learning - Actively identifying new areas for learning; regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job and learning through their application.

Qualifications
- Minimum educational standard of HSC
- 1+ years finance industry/ selling finance related experience
- Communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
