Responsibilities

Oversee and approve all graphics to ensure brand consistency, quality, and lead effectiveness
Conceptualize, direct, and execute engaging video content to attract and convert potential clients
Develop high-converting visuals for social media, ads, printed materials, and marketing assets
Run and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective lead generation
Plan and execute branding initiatives, including social media content, SEO, copies, and audience targeting
Track and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies for maximum impact
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and maintain fresh, cohesive, and compelling marketing content
Guide and mentor junior designers and video editors to enhance team performance
Help ensure KPI achievement and department success

Qualifications

Specialization in graphic design and videography or video editing
At least 2-3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
Understanding of SEO, marketing metrics, and data analysis
Ability to think creatively and generate unique marketing ideas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Highly organized with excellent project management skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
Motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
