We’re seeking a QA Engineer with solid hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and executing test plans, building automated test scripts, and working closely with developers and product managers in an Agile environment.

This is a fully remote position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Develop and apply testing processes and create testing best practices that can be followed by other team members
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Design and implement tests, debug, and define corrective actions
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts
• Capture and annotate recording sessions in Full Story to share testing results and bugs with development team
• Identify, record, document issues thoroughly and track bugs to resolution
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Advise on usability testing approaches to engage customers in product feedback
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
• MUST be willing to work on MID shift
