Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies to promote OneTech AI’s products and brand.
• Manage social media, digital campaigns, PR, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Measure ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, AI, or Web3 industries.
• Strong content creation, branding, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to lead cross-border campaigns and work with global communities.
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
