Position Summary
As the Marketing Communication Head, you will maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy. You will also promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments(PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)
Role And Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- [Communication strategy setting] Perform with depth the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.
- [Campaign planning] Drive the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.
- [Brand strategy development] Provide a specific direction on the strategy for the product or company's overall brand, brand portfolio and naming or the high-level direction for building a unique brand image.
- [Management of integrated marketing program] Manage to provide the directions such as marketing programs' messages, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities (PR, customer communication materials, events and etc.) can be carried out within a consistent message and a consistent tone and manner.
Skills And Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have/be able to:
- Be a Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Marketing/Advertising with a minimum of 8 years related work experience. With at least 2 years in people management
- Experience in leading a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
- Experience in implementing short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy
- Demonstrable experience in enhancing or improving methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome
- Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas
- Has strong marketing communications background, specifically in events management/product launches, expansions, and the like
- Must be willing to work on-site daily in McKinley, Taguig
