The Operations & Logistics Staff is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and managing the movement of goods, inventory, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role ensures timely deliveries, accurate records, and efficient workflow between suppliers, warehouses, internal departments, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records regularly
• Prepare and process documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and shipment reports
• Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or logistics concerns
• Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes and schedules
• Ensure warehouse procedures follow safety and compliance standards
• Support operations in materials planning and replenishment
• Maintain organized files and documentation for reporting
