Our client, a leading global logistics company, is looking for a Data & Reports Associate to support the Data Management & Reporting team. This role focuses on analyzing operations and customer data, developing performance insights, and improving reporting processes to drive efficiency and data accuracy across business units.

• Conduct process and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with account managers, operations, and clients to gather and validate data requirements.
• Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes within a central repository.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical insights for management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and analytics tools.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in Mathematics or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Background in freight forwarding, consolidation, or logistics is an advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to change.
