Loan Application Review: Assess incoming loan applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Document Verification: Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation, including income, credit, and asset details.
Client & Lender Coordination: Communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to gather missing information and ensure timely approvals.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all loan files meet regulatory requirements and adhere to company policies.
Pipeline Management: Track and update loan application statuses in the CRM or loan management system.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve potential discrepancies or delays during the processing cycle.
Reporting: Prepare updates on loan statuses and performance metrics for management review.

Preferably college graduates, but undergrad are welcome to apply if they have proven experience in US Mortgage.
At least 2 years of experience handling US Mortgage accounts in a BPO/outsourcing or related setting
Preferably with prior Originations Processing experience (Purchase Processing and/or Refinance Processing)
Candidates with experience as Mortgage Associates, Processors, or Customer Service Representatives in any US mortgage area (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.) are also encouraged to apply, especially those with strong phone/customer interaction experience
Must be willing to work onsite, Night Shift (Alabang Town Center, 3F BPO Seats/Metro Department Store)
