Description

  • Market and solicit prospective loan clients in an assigned area/s of responsibility; discuss and explain to prospective loan clients the importance of each loan product, their advantages, and benefits to the client and their business.
  • Know how to conduct loan sales and marketing, and develop and maintain growth of the assigned area in terms of loan portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, trends, and competition.
  • Understand, analyze, and propose credit facilities based on client financial capacity that are suitable to the client’s needs.
  • Ensure that all renewals and new availments comply with the company’s existing credit policy (documentary requirements) and government regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor client loan payments and make timely follow-ups if needed (loan payments and loan documents) or make a personal visit to find out the reason for non-payment; prepare necessary reports including recommendations to prevent further account deterioration in accordance with the company’s existing remedial account policy.
  • Review loan clients on a regular basis to determine client needs and improve the company’s exposure for each loan account in terms of loan quality and business relationship.
  • Ensure timely delivery of budget as committed/provided during the fiscal year; regularly review and assess budget against accomplishment; determine reasons for success or shortfall and address immediately if within the parameters of accountability.
  • Assist, coordinate, and collaborate with other departments in the organization to meet customer needs as necessary.
  • Monitor, supervise, and guide personnel under direct supervision for timely submission of required reports and requirements, ensuring compliance with the company’s existing policy.
  • Conform to the internal and external company policies and procedures.
  • Support management decisions, requirements, and expectations.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 25 to 30 years old
  • Must be graduate of any four (4) year related business course
  • With at least 3 years minimum work experience as Account Officer/Credit Officer particularly handling SME client & medium size business establishment/accounts gained from banking or any reputable financial institution
  • With good communication and writing skills
  • Values the importance of office interpersonal relationship
