Prepare all necessary documents and requirements for securing Building Permits (BP), Certificates of Occupancy (COO), Tax Declaration for Buildings, and other related permits.
Responsible for the application and processing of Building Permits, Certificates of Occupancy, Tax Declaration for Buildings, and other government-related permits.
Ensure that all released Building Permits, Certificates of Occupancy, and Tax Declarations are properly recorded/tagged in IFCA and Appsuite systems.
Handle the processing of Meralco connections for all projects.
Ensure that all projects have complete Meralco facilities.
Monitor Meralco connections, particularly the execution and installation of facilities.
Assist buyers with concerns regarding the relocation of Meralco poles and guy wires.
Request all payments related to permit applications and utility connections through SAP.
Request budget allocations for Real Property Tax payments and ensure tagging of Official Receipt (O.R.) details in the company system.
Responsible for the application of Certificates of Completion for every completed project site.
Ensure timely weekly submission of reports to the immediate superior.
Coordinate and monitor with Accounting and Finance for payment-related transactions.
Liquidate all payments requested.
Monitor and ensure safe keeping of all approved internal and external memoranda.
Receive all incoming applications, memoranda (MMO), and other documents from various departments.
Perform all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in securing building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, Tax Declaration for buildings, Certificate of Completion, and Meralco application.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; must be adaptable.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, proactive problem-solver, and able to work collaboratively.
