About Company
Masaito is a Filipino real estate development company that builds residential communities for various market segments, from affordable housing to more upscale homes. The company originally started in 1976 as Ultima Development Corporation, founded by Mr. Joseph Wang, and was later renamed Masaito Development Corporation (MDC) in 1986 to reflect its focus on serving the housing needs of the general Filipino population — with the slogan “pang-masa ito!”, meaning “this is for the masses.” Over the years, Masaito has developed multiple subdivisions and housing projects, including the well-known Citihomes series and large-scale developments like South Green Park and Masaito Homes Molino. The company also works through Richfield Properties, Inc. (RPI) for joint ventures and commercial developments. Today, Masaito Homes is the result of the synergy between MDC and RPI, focused on building quality, affordable, and strategically located homes that support the modern Filipino lifestyle, driven by its motto: "Passion for Building Better Homes."
