Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of dues and outstanding payments.
- Communicate effectively to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent driving skills, valid driver's license, vehicle maintenance knowledge, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor and on the road; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, detail-oriented, and a reliable communicator.
