Job Description

Description

As a Manager, you will gain experience working across a range of sectors and different products, be responsible for coaching and developing more junior team members and have the opportunity to support the team's business development activities. You will have responsibility for managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis and access to a network of support to further your development.


  • Legal and institutional analysis of infrastructure projects
  • Procurement options analysis.
  • Project risk assessment.
  • Drafting / review of complex infrastructure / EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) contracts.
  • Coordinating with financial and/or technical teams.
  • Bid management and evaluation.
  • Infrastructure project implementation advice (including drafting of position papers / requests for Opinion to various government regulatory agencies)
  • Contract disputes resolution
  • PCAB (Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board) licensing

Qualifications:

  • Philippine Bar Examinations Passer
  • Completion of a university degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of industry experience in the Infrastructure sector, Procurement, Public-Private partnership and their financing structures
  • Excellent business writing skills and oral communication skill
