Receivables Management

• Record daily collections and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Ensure correct application of payments and follow up on Creditable Taxes Withheld.
• Manage payment follow-ups for Affiliates and SOA.

Commission Preparation

• Prepare Unit commissions for bi-monthly pay-outs and Ancillary commissions on specified dates.

Insurance Claims Processing

• Review and endorse insurance claim documents, and prepare monthly status reports on uncollected claims.

Supplier Management

• Handle billing and invoicing from suppliers, prepare and record payment vouchers.
• Submit vouchers to Treasury, prepare BIR Form 2307, and address vendor inquiries.

Employee and Affiliate Transactions

• Process cash advances, reimbursements, and PCF replenishments.
• Verify documents and prepare billings for Affiliates’ expense shares.

General Duties

• Monitor and file processed check vouchers, maintain records of accountable forms, and prepare related reports.
• Assume cashiering duties when necessary and perform other functions as directed.
• Attend relevant training and development programs.

• EDUCATION :  Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• WORK EXPERIENCE :  One (1) year experience in Accounting Department
• ELIGIBILITY :  Proficiency in Excel
