Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting and processing journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements.
• Help review expenses, payroll records, and other financial data.
• Maintain financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with numbers and analyse financial data.
