1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or a related field;

2. Over 5 years of JAVA development experience, with a solid foundation in Java programming and familiarity with related technologies such as Spring, MyBatis, MySQL, and Redis;

3. More than 5 years of J2EE development experience, with strong coding skills;

4. Proficient in using microservice development frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, with a deep understanding of their principles;

5. Good coding habits and strong self-review practices;

6. Familiarity with using message middleware, including but not limited to Kafka/RabbitMQ.
