Description

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of support processes and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Assist in training new support staff on technical procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1–3 years in IT support or related field
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language; strong written communication skills; basic Microsoft knowledge; familiarity with hardware/software
• Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in telecommunications or BPO environments preferred; ability to manage blended chat and voice support tasks
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work in shifting schedules
