Delivering proactive IT support and network reliability through hands-on Level 1 & Level 2 troubleshooting, Cisco networking, and SonicWall firewall expertise.





We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support within a managed services environment. This role focuses on end-user support, Cisco switch maintenance, and SonicWall firewall management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, along with hands-on experience managing Cisco and SonicWall devices. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced IT support framewor

KEY RESPONSIBILIT
