Description
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or chat.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Assist with IT projects and training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, maintain systems, ensure security protocols, and assist with backups and recovery.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities.
